Our Safety Policy encourages all employees to take responsible steps in preventing accidents and never to sacrifice their own safety for expedience. We strive to minimise hazards that cause accidents and achieve a happy and healthy work environment. This stems from the intent of ensuring continuous improvement in our work systems. We also focus on Occupational Health And Safety. The Pasa Group encourages its employees to adopt measures that ensure a workplace free of diseases / germs and health & safety related issues.

Wearing of PPEs is a must for all our workers. Our plants are also equipped with emergency medical kit consisting of OTC drugs and First Aid. Fire extinguishers are installed at all strategic points to ensure safety from fire hazards. All personnel are advised to take precautions when handling heavy loads by wearing appropriate clothing and footwear.

CCTV surveillance cameras, security guards and a strict Visitor Entry System document all entry and exit points. Safety posters and hazardous areas are also properly demarcated.

The highest degree of cleanliness is maintained across all plant premises. Safety drills are regularly conducted to keep our workforce ready in case of emergencies.
